For constructing reinforced structures, HV bolts according to EN 14399-4 and nuts, along with EN 14399-6 washers (with increased hardness, min. 300HV), should be used. Nuts are factory-coated with molybdenum disulfide - MoS2 - to reduce friction during tightening. To ensure consistent tightening parameters, use matching bolts, nuts, and washers from the same manufacturer. Delivered sets are of class K1, which are tightened in a mixed manner (two tightening stages). All necessary information is provided on the label for proper assembly.
