Installation screws, allen wrench are included. While it is possible to install this mount without the use of a Gunsmith, we recommend hiring a professional gunsmith. Please note. Unprofessional installation such as improper torque will result in screw loose, not holding zero, damage to the firearm/optic and personal injury.

• This Optic mount is designed to connect certain red dot optics to 1911 pistols with Novak(does NOT fit Novak OVERSIZE) rear sight cut. One of the advantage of this ADE plate over others is this optic plate has a CURVED/CONCAVED design that will sit flush(wrap the top curved pistol slide) on the top of the pistol. Many other plates are Flat design.
• 1911s have several different rear sight dovetail cuts, such as Colt(G.I.) Standard, LPA, Novak standard/traditional and Novak Oversize rear sight. This ADE Optic Plate made by ADE is for Novak Standard/traditional rear sight ONLY. It does NOT fit any 1911 that does NOT has a traditional Novak rear sight. Minor modification to the sight base may be necessary for some 1911s including Rock Islands, Citadels, and GSG 1911 .22s.
• Does NOT fit any Novak cut that is NOT GENUINE/traditional/true Novak rear sight cut, such as some Taurus 1911 and some Ruger 1911 who use Licensed Novak rear sight but created their own sizes cut.
• Fit Ade RD3-006A(Huracan), RD3-006B(Python), RD3-009(Crusader), RD3-012(Delta), RD3-013(Bertrillium), RD3-015(Zantitium), Vortex Venom/Razor/Viper, Burris Fastfire, Meopta, Eotech MRDS, Docter, Insight, Sightmark Minishot/Coreshot, Crimson Trace CTS-1200/1300 and similar red dots. Does NOT fit Trijicon RMR, DeltaPoint Pro, Shield type red dot footprint.
• Installation screws are included for working with Vortex Venom, Burris Fastfire and ADE RD3. The screws provided might be too short/too long for some red dots that match the same footprint/screw hole of this plate, such as sightmark Mini Shot M Spec. We recommend going to a local hardware store such as ACE Hardware to get the right size. Please be prepared to purchase longer/shorter screw separately for other red dots brands such as Sightmark, Meopta, Doctor, Bushnell.
